Governance for Health Director

This four-day workshop uses a discourse and Workbook to address governance issues from a Health Director perspective. Participants will engage in practical exercises that address relevant issues. Using an interactive approach, this workshop will cover the critical elements a Health Director should be aware of and things they should be able to do to improve the effectiveness of health governance for their state. This workshop will help participants achieve the following objectives:
