This four-day workshop uses a discourse and Workbook to address governance issues from a Health Director perspective. Participants will engage in practical exercises that address relevant issues. Using an interactive approach, this workshop will cover the critical elements a Health Director should be aware of and things they should be able to do to improve the effectiveness of health governance for their state.
