EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

People and organisation often demand change, but most change programmes fail. Re-structuring may alter how things look, but real change needs different ways of organizing, thinking and behaving.  

​This programme develops skills for transforming organisations through the change process.

With a focus on practical planning skills alongside the importance of communication, interaction and interpersonal engagement, participants will develop self-awareness and build skills for facilitating change in individuals, teams and organisations. 

Delegates will develop improvement plans based on system perspectives, building alliances for change, enhancing team and interdepartmental working and transforming services for customers and stakeholders.   

The course will focus on practical ways in which you can respond to change by improving strategies, systems and services.

The second week focuses on changing attitudes and behaviour by develop teamwork, improving relationships and creating a more effective culture. At the completion of the course, you will be equipped with the tools to support yourself and others through the transitions involved in change, and take a lead in achieving tangible and lasting results.
